What you’ll do:

  • Find Qualified Leads: Utilize various channels and strategies to identify potential clients who could benefit from our professional organizing services.
  • Build Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques. Establish trust and rapport by understanding their organizational challenges and demonstrating how Pacific Organizers can address their needs.
  • Educate Leads: Serve as a knowledgeable resource on home organization solutions, guiding leads through the benefits of our services and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate the suitability of leads based on predetermined criteria and qualification standards.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Share insights, collaborate on campaigns, and contribute to a cohesive approach to attracting and converting leads.

Through your efforts in finding and qualifying leads, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base, ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of Pacific Organizers.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with competitive compensation for every successful lead generated.
