Pacific Organizers is a full-service home organizing company in Orange County, CA. We work with clients to create customized spaces that are functional and stylish. This is a subcontracting position with variable hours and requires professionalism, empathy, and complete confidentiality.

We work efficiently while maintaining effectiveness. The work is physical and fast-paced. We sometimes have to lift heavy objects, pack and unpack things, and move household items around. You’re often on your feet the majority of the shift.

Our best organizers excel by always keeping the client in mind: their needs, habits, and their time. They communicate effectively with clients; create customized solutions, and do not shy away from a challenge. Challenges can include working with basic tools, lifting heavy items, and environments that are not environmentally controlled. Our most successful team members provide high quality; punctuality and reliability; exhibit ethical and honest practices; and maintain client confidentiality.

We are seeking Assistant Home Organizers to join our team! You will work alongside our team to declutter and organize our client’s homes in the Orange County, California area.

The following questions are designed to get to know you, your abilities, and your personality. Even if you have never officially been a professional organizer and are just starting out, that’s just fine; we all have to start somewhere.  The best thing you can do, besides showcasing your awesomeness, is to share your personality.
